I conducted a training program at Dr B R Ambedkar College on 16th September 2010 on ' Human Relation'. The program was conducted under the banner of " Unnati " - A personality development program. Dr Suresh Chari sir piloted the program. This program is a great initiative taken by Suresh chari sir and Kumar Zilpilwar sir. Deepa Panhekar ji was the program director. Participating students were students of Part I and Part II from science, commerce and arts background. They participated very well during training session and in role plays.

Time Management

All of us have 24 hrs in a day. Its all upon us how we manage them wisely. A working professional who does something other than his hard core job has to take judicious decisions to make things work for him . Time which is not properly managed will never come back. It is very correctly said “when money is lost nothing is lost but when time is lost everything is lost “. A person who is not a full time trainer and manages his business and job has to do a lot of planning to be successful in both spheres.

Thoughts mold your destiny. Agree or Disagree ?

Positive thoughts

I used to think over few things again and again but pondered over some questions. Is it our thought process or our doings which mold our destiny ? Why are few people more successful then the rest of the masses ? Why few people get success easily while others strive hard for it ? Why few people are successful at a very early age than the rest of the masses ? I asked many people but they could not answer to my satisfaction. Finding answer to these questions was not an easy task because the person who always gave me suggestions as to what to do and what not to do was not much successful.

Trainers day

All of us fight for the social cause but few of us raise the issue and take the movement forward. On the Eve of 'Trainers day'' we the trainers of Junior Chamber International conducted training program on Social Responsibility on 10th September 2010. Objective of the training was to make every member aware of his social responsibilities towards self, family, society, chapter and country. I took training in JCI Nagpur Central. It was really a great session interacting with the audience. They participated very well.
