Each and every company has a customer service department. Its very important to have a customer service branch in a company. Satisfied customers are assets for the company while dissatisfied customers are big liability. Its very important for a company to provide good customer service and see that the customer care department functions properly. You cannot overlook any need of a customer when you want to capture the market and run a profitable business.

I am here writing my customer service experience at Nagpur, Maharashtra. I woke up in the morning and found that my Bajaj geyser was out of order. My husband called them three to four times and even visited their Dharampeth office. But we got no help the at last i surfed the net and got hold of the customer care email address of Bajaj Electricals and wrote to them. They approached me after one whole week that too in the month of December 2009 when it was very cold and a person could not do without Geyser. The person came but this experience was really very bad. Why not look from time to time and make sure if everything was working fine at all the service centres. A company should always reach its customer complaints at the earliest. This experience was very negative and i will always advice people to but water heaters that come with good customer service.

In another incident i purchased a home exercising bicycle from Aerofit which is sold in India by Sachdev Overseas. It so happened that i purchased the bicycle from a third party and he really cheated me. I approached Sachdev Overseas for help. God what a great service. They called me up and even provided me details of service centres at nagpur. That really impressed me. Very good customer service.

In the third incident my Samsung refrigerator was out of order. I called their service centre at pune and they approached me within a day. Always buy Samsung Refrigerators they are really very good customer service providers.

In the forth incident in was really shocked with the customer service and i call it lightening fast customer service. My Dell laptop was out of order. I called them and reached within minutes. They sorted out the problem and replaced the damaged part because it was under warranty period. This customer service really touched my heart. Always buy Dell laptops and no other laptops.

The poorest of the poor experience i had was with my Sony laptop which my father i law had brought from Germany and gifted me. The key board of the laptop was in German. Few keys of laptop were damaged and i wanted to get them replaced. I approached their service centre in nagpur. They straight away told me we don't provide any kind of service for imported laptops. I told them that the company was same. But they refused to take it for servicing. I still have it in a damaged condition. I couldn't understand according to what norms and conditions they are providing service but i returned empty handed. Very very bad experience.

According to me its the experience which the customers share with each other help in increased sales therefore a company should always try to satisfy its customers and not dissatisfy them.
