A book is a place to discover ocean full of knowledge. It carries information from all over the world. A book lover never gets bored from reading it and his craving increase with the finish of one book to start with the other. There are few tips and tricks for reading a book. First time readers will find difficulty in concentrating but with the passage of time reading will be fun. There is no hard and fast rule for completing a book in 15 days or one month. Read when you feel like reading. This will enhance your knowledge and increase your power of concentration.

Writing down goals are very important because written goals programs our subconscious mind. Thus we do not miss our targets and achieve our goals faster. Writing down our goals helps us in doing proper planning so that we can go through it again and again and live in it.

I was tempted to write this article today according to my own experience.

I am happy the way i am why do i need to learn Effective Public Speaking? What difference it will make in my life ? Why do i work hard to change myself ? There are many people who are successful with or without some qualities but that never means that we cannot learn something new. We can impress someone with our first look, effective communication, gestures and voice modulation. These can create wonders when we know how and when to communicate. Many of us give presentations and are given public speaking opportunities but we fail to create that impact, Ever asked yourself why ?

From my childhood days i used to think only the intelligent person can earn money and be successful in life. If i don't study well i will not get a good job and will be struck by failures. I need to go and work abroad to earn money and prove myself to be successful or at least visit overseas very often to show off. These were my childhood thinking's but when i grew up i found things to be quite different. The world which i imagined and the actual existing one were quite different. Why they were different ?

Today's corporate world follow ethics to be successful. There is no doubt that unethical business fails somewhere and has no consistency in the long run. To keep going company's principles, rules and regulations should be grounded or else its very hard to succeed. First 5 years are very hard to sustain for any newly formed organization. But once the organization builds trust and creates a good customer base no competitor can shake it and the company is bound to grow and prosper.

Zonecon of Zone 9 ( Junior Chamber International ) was scheduled on 2nd and 3rd October 2010. It was hosted by JCI Gondia Central. I traveled by car and had a very memorable experience. While returning back from the trip we halted at a restaurant. We had some snacks. My husband wanted to have some soft drink and only Cloud 9 was available. We ordered 2 cloud 9 can's and i was shocked to see the price. One small can of Cloud 9 costs Rs 75. Very high priced product. That is the time i was prompted to do little research and find out more feasible products.

I used to think over few things again and again but pondered over some questions. Is it our thought process or our doings which mold our destiny ? Why are few people more successful then the rest of the masses ? Why few people get success easily while others strive hard for it ? Why few people are successful at a very early age than the rest of the masses ? I asked many people but they could not answer to my satisfaction. Finding answer to these questions was not an easy task because the person who always gave me suggestions as to what to do and what not to do was not much successful.

The training program was organized by Dr Archana Jaiswal, President JCI Nag Feme. It was a training program on Empowering youth. The students were from 10th and 12 th back ground. All males. It was the first time i was interacting with full male audience. I started the session with a video on motivation to charge them. I shared with them all motivational thinking and real life experiences. They were really charged after the session. I could see the success of my training program on their faces.
