Attitude School, Soft Skills training institute is going to start regular classes soon for grooming of candidates and making them job ready. Students face a lot of problem during placement as they learn the hard skills and are up to date with it but lack the necessary soft skills which the interviewer looks for in a candidate. The interviewer checks a candidates self confidence, his problem solving, his ability to adjust to the changing environment, life goals, commitment, Etiquette and Presentation skills. This is done at the time of interview.

My Self Analysis

Self analysis is analyzing what is best within us. What we can do best ? Our intrinsic qualities. It is discovering our own personal self and emotions. It is analyzing our values and what is important to us. Getting closer to our inner mind and soul.

Self analysis helps in knowing about our strengths, weaknesses, goals, aspirations, abilities, values and interest.

Social Networking Websites

Training Program

I got an opportunity to take training program on “ Sex Awareness “ for Government rehabilitation Center, Priyadarshini Hostel located at shaskiya mahila vasti grih, west high court road, civil lines, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The program was organized by JCI Women's World on 28th June 2011. JC Reena Madan, President of the Chapter & Jc Lovely Singh , Zone Director – Program graced the occasion by their presence. It was indeed a great moment for me to share my thoughts and views with my audience which comprised of divorcee, underage married girls and orphans.

Audience
Blog

All of us read News paper, magazines, books or articles published on net. But there are very few who want to put their voice or opinion and write some stuff of their own to express their views. I have seen people who are good at writing, can create their own stuff as well as publish their articles to get known. Now the big question is how to learn the art of writing ? It happens over a period of time and with continuous writing. It never happens in a single day. Any course will not make you an author overnight.

Delegation

I feel almost everyone delegates work which consumes their quality time and can be looked after by some one else. Business houses, employers, senior employees, children and house wives, all are really great at delegating work systematically. As an employer and CEO of VinayRas Infotech i had to delegate a lot of my work to be done by programmers or other data entry employees. I used to look after rest of the work which needed my skill and knowledge. It is always better to do the work which suits us and delegate the rest for which we can hire someone and pay an affordable price.

Non Verbal Communication - Important part of Speech

Body language

We communicate non - verbally by means of gestures, postures, eye contact, facial expressions, body movements and our dressing. For example If i have to attend a marriage reception, i will be dressed with full make up and heavy jewellery and my outfit matches the occasion and conveys the same to the audience. I cannot attend a formal meeting with my client or go to office with heavy makeup as it will not match the occasion.

Soft Skills Training Institute

I never realized the impact of training till i enrolled for one and it changed my thought process and my life. I did not realized the power of positive words and its impact until i was struck by one. Soft skills training plays a vital role in a persons life but yes we have to realize that we need it and be a change we want to see. Hard skills will help us rise but we cannot enter and occupy the hearts of people until and unless we know how to communicate, what to communicate and when to communicate. Managers can do a great job if they know how to bring all people together and delegate work.
