Women Entrepreneurship is gaining momentum and lots of women want to become entrepreneurs rather than do 9 - 5 job. The reason is flexibility in working hours as well as being your own boss. You are free to choose what you want to do rather than someone else giving you orders as to what needs to be done. The journey for women entrepreneurs is not the same as that of men. The struggle and the daily juggle between work and family is absolutely different. A lady has to think ten times before she steps out of the house to build her business.

Life lessons from the Past days

Past

Looking back in my past days i discover how much time i utilized and how much time i wasted doing useless things which were never important but i did them just to impress people and show people how different i was, how intelligent i was. It is only later in life that i realized if i am great or intelligent i don’t need to prove anyone nor do i need approval of anyone to tell me who i am.
I realized i could have been successful much before but the delay was just due to my own attitude and personal belief.

The Indian market is flooded with various products be it branded or non branded. Very few consumers have knowledge of places for buying the product. There are both authorized and non authorized dealers who sell the product and even some middle man who buy from here and there and sell the product. We the consumer or customer buy our dream product (Consumer Durables) and start facing problems after some time and then we run from pillar to post for service. If we get good service we are delighted but if we get poor or no service then the whole money is just wasted.

Performance Appraisal

Performance Appraisal is a quarterly or half yearly or yearly activity carried out by companies to check performance of employees. It is a system to check the performance of individual employees for promotion, salary increment or bonus. But this very system to check the performance can cause problems in the smooth working of the organization. A lot of gossips and rumor keeps mongering among employees. They are without head and tail and are carried out by those who are not happy with their performance reviews and feedback.

Employers are aware that working 6 days a week together for months will bring stress and lead to bad health in the long run. RBC Replacement

I was very much moved by the article on "Replacement Theory" published in Times Ascent, 4th May 2011. Lets discuss what is Replacement Theory – Its finding your replacement when you want to leave a job or climb the upper ladder of success. This helps a lot as the work does not suffers and the employer is happy as the replacement is another person who knows his job. When the person leaving a job finds a replacement and trains the new hire according to the job requirements, lots of problems gets sorted and the HR is at peace.
