There are many changes that happen in life. As a girl we have various roles to play. We were four sisters and i being the second had lots of responsibilities over my shoulders. I played various roles as a sister, mother, CEO at VinayRas Infotech, Founder & corporate trainer at Attitude School. But the journey was not smooth. There were times were we ran short of money and i had no idea how we would pay our programmers but then we ( My Husband and me ) started our journey and there was no looking back.

I was very much moved by the article on "Replacement Theory" published in Times Ascent, 4th May 2011. Lets discuss what is Replacement Theory – Its finding your replacement when you want to leave a job or climb the upper ladder of success. This helps a lot as the work does not suffers and the employer is happy as the replacement is another person who knows his job. When the person leaving a job finds a replacement and trains the new hire according to the job requirements, lots of problems gets sorted and the HR is at peace.
