Every person on this earth is born with a responsibility to be handled in the long run. God has created every human being and have send him/ her here to do a certain task which can be done by no one else except that person. Responsibilities makes life worth living and it is the responsibility which makes us capable and strong to handle the task at hand. Compare two people one with responsibilities and the other with no responsibilities, you will know the difference between the two with the way they handle their life, talk to people, attitude and body language.

RBC Replacement

I was very much moved by the article on "Replacement Theory" published in Times Ascent, 4th May 2011. Lets discuss what is Replacement Theory – Its finding your replacement when you want to leave a job or climb the upper ladder of success. This helps a lot as the work does not suffers and the employer is happy as the replacement is another person who knows his job. When the person leaving a job finds a replacement and trains the new hire according to the job requirements, lots of problems gets sorted and the HR is at peace.

Resume

Resume is the first selling proposition of a candidate. Its the first source of introduction to the prospective employer. Its necessary to keep few points in mind while preparing resumes for job application. Introduce yourself in a better way and get a chance to face the interview.

Points to be kept in mind while preparing resumes -

1)Write a targeted resume according to the nature of the job if you have too many job experiences. Write specific resume for every job. No generic resume.

What not to do while posting resumes

Submitted by rashmijsr on Thu, 2007-08-30 12:44

1.Know the expertise of the company you are applying for the job

2.If you have expertise in Java don't apply in a company which works only in PHP as it makes no sense.

3.Just don't post resume to any email id which you get hold of from websites. It may so happen that you mail the wrong person and he may mark that as junk.

4.Please find out appropriate email id's of HR for mailing. They are the persons involved in to recruitment.
