It was the first time i was really teaching some one as a trainer. The audience contained both house wives and working ladies (Its a ladies chapter). They were very enthusiastic about the session and the training program went very smooth. I planned an activity of making a kirana shop from sweet packets, chocolates, balloons, straws and pins. Very creative audience. Everyone was done with the shop after 15 minutes.

Training at Gondia

I conducted training program on ' Leadership in Action' for students of first year and second year graduation. Vasudev Ramtekkar ji, president of JCI Gondia Central gave me a warm welcome. Students carried very matured thinking. They answered every questions and clarified all their doubts. They participated much beyond my expectations. Great class decorum was maintained. Not even a single whisper from any corner when i delivered. It was the fist time i faced such an obedient audience.

Effective Employee

Employees are backbone of an organization. They make an organization succeed or fail. Recruitment is the process of tapping right talent for the Corporation. Companies have methods to recruit more effectively by measuring 'time to fill' and 'cost per hire'. Time to fill is the time gap for recruiting the new employee and cost per hire is the cost incurred in hiring new employee. These methods help in measuring the employees performance to a small extent as it is followed just during hiring process.

Happy father's Day

Father's day is arriving on 20th June 2010. As we celebrate woman's day we also celebrate father's day. There are few questions which arise in mind. Why do we celebrate father's Day ? Is there any comparison between the work done by father and mother ? Mom manages home and all needs of children but dad only works at office and earns for the family, then why due credit should be given to a father. Now a days with changing lifestyle and nuclear family culture its really difficult to rear a baby if both parents are working and there is no one at home to look after the baby.
