I took training program on Motivation for the Students of Tagore Memorial School on 27th August 2011 under the banner of JCI Women's World. JC Lovely Sing, Zone Director graced the program along with the chapter president Jc Reena Madan, Jc Mahek Sing and Joint Secretary.

I have coached more than 300 participants and have sharpened my skills as a trainer. Everyone ranging from engineers, students, teachers, government servant, Entrepreneur & private sector employees have been benefited by my training programs. It feels great when my participants do a great job after attending my training and giving me feedback that their life and thinking has improved after the training. It is the biggest satisfaction as a trainer. The feedback helps me in polishing my skills and moving a step ahead to satisfy them.

The training program was organized by Dr Archana Jaiswal, President JCI Nag Feme. It was a training program on Empowering youth. The students were from 10th and 12 th back ground. All males. It was the first time i was interacting with full male audience. I started the session with a video on motivation to charge them. I shared with them all motivational thinking and real life experiences. They were really charged after the session. I could see the success of my training program on their faces.

I conducted training program on ' Leadership in Action' for students of first year and second year graduation. Vasudev Ramtekkar ji, president of JCI Gondia Central gave me a warm welcome. Students carried very matured thinking. They answered every questions and clarified all their doubts. They participated much beyond my expectations. Great class decorum was maintained. Not even a single whisper from any corner when i delivered. It was the fist time i faced such an obedient audience.
