I was touched after reading Dadaji Khobragade story in today's Times of India i.e 16th November 2010. The headline “ Farmer named by Forbes is landless today “ motivated me to read that article and write about it. Dadaji Khobragade was listed in Forbes magazine as one of the seven most powerful Rural Indian Entrepreneurs. He developed highly successful variety of paddy – HMT rice – that gives more yield than conventional varieties. He is landless today. What a pathetic situation ?

What are inhibitions ? Its something which limits our action. Every person in this universe has got some or other inhibitions. These inhibitions comes in path of success and cause problems in the long run. We have to break this barrier and move ahead instead of sticking to it and crying over it. People start getting passive with their own personal inhibitions and lose confidence. Its this moment that we need to accumulate all courage and fight with this word.
The Education Employ-ability gap is a condition in which the educational system cannot keep pace with the industry requirements and a gap is created between the two. This increases risks of unemployment as there are very few candidates who are considered employable. According to Kapil Sibal, Minister for Human Resource Development India, vocational training should be introduced to meet requirements of Industry. The problem is technology is changing everyday but the syllabus is remaining the same. Students pursue MBA, Engineering etc to get good high paying salary.

We all are aware of the proverb that success goes to those who strive hard for it. They don't wait for opportunity but create opportunities and achieve their goal. Whats the difference between people who are just speakers and those who grab every small opportunity and work with full devotion and determination, the difference is lots of people just speak and don't do it while those who do don't boast and are focused towards their goal. I have seen people waiting for the right day, right time and opportune moment to start a business or new work.
Today's corporate world follow ethics to be successful. There is no doubt that unethical business fails somewhere and has no consistency in the long run. To keep going company's principles, rules and regulations should be grounded or else its very hard to succeed. First 5 years are very hard to sustain for any newly formed organization. But once the organization builds trust and creates a good customer base no competitor can shake it and the company is bound to grow and prosper.

Life is a learning process and we learn everyday. There is a lot to learn from every human being, animals and insects. Have you ever thought if small honey bees would stop gathering nectar, flowers will not be pollinated and some fruits may not develop. So the apples or grapes which we eat would not be tastier if flowers were not pollinated by honey bees. Small efforts of honey bees helps in maintaining natural equilibrium. If a student is expecting good marks he/ she should put in small efforts everyday to get good results. We sometimes think why is it necessary to study everyday.
Every company big or small wants satisfied customers and leaves no stone unturned to satisfy and pamper them. Companies come up with different schemes and packages to woo customers. After all customer is king and if the king is unhappy then things will really turn gloomy. Every branded company has got a good customer service department to help clients solve their problems with the product, service or store. We as customers are liable to get good service from the company and if we get problems with the product we can directly complain them and solve the problem.
We all are human beings and its very usual for all of us to concentrate on something which goes wrong rather than concentrating on all good things which happened. We concentrate on one negative aspect and break a relationship rather than focusing on all positive characteristics of a person. In this whole universe which is created by God no one is completely perfect. Everyone lacks some or other traits. Can you think of someone whom you can label as 100 % good. No. There must be something in that person which is pessimistic.
“ Nothing moves without money in Income tax, Sales Tax and Excise departments” says SC ( Supreme Court ) on corruption. In a sarcastic remark a Bench of Justices Markandeya Katju and T S Thakur said “ Why not legalise corruption “. According to me it will be a great move. Everyone will be aware of how much money they need to pay to get their work done. This will solve a very big problem because the same person asks for different sums from different people depending upon his income. When this system will be legalised everybody will pay the same amount to get the work done.
