Every day new jobs are created and still we are facing the heat of unemployment. Have we ever thought of why ? Why are candidates not getting employed even after having a long list of degrees in their resume. Is there problem with the educational system ? Candidate ? or the company which is demanding too much ? Have we ever tried to answer these questions. Lets think about the problem and look at it from a different angle. Is the unemployed mass really employable ? If not what are the drawbacks ? We need to answer these questions or else the problem will keep on aggravating.

Role play refers to changing of one's behavior to assume a particular role. Trainers conduct role plays to give practical demonstration of what has been studied by the audience. The audience size may vary from 30, 60 to 100 or more. Form groups according to names of colors, seasons, months in a year or days in a week. Once done ask the members to sit in their respective groups. If a group contains 10 participants the trainer should be able to provide topics where whole group can participate.
Following things should be kept in mind before preparing topics for role play -
It was a great opportunity provided to me by Dr Archana Jaiswal ( President JCI Nag Feme ) to take training program for " Jaiswal Community ladies" under the banner of JCI Nag Feme on 20th September 2010. All of us have 24 hrs in a day. Its all upon us how we manage them wisely. A working professional who does something other than his hard core job has to take judicious decisions to make things work for him . Time which is not properly managed will never come back. It is very correctly said “when money is lost nothing is lost but when time is lost everything is lost “. A person who is not a full time trainer and manages his business and job has to do a lot of planning to be successful in both spheres.
I used to think over few things again and again but pondered over some questions. Is it our thought process or our doings which mold our destiny ? Why are few people more successful then the rest of the masses ? Why few people get success easily while others strive hard for it ? Why few people are successful at a very early age than the rest of the masses ? I asked many people but they could not answer to my satisfaction. Finding answer to these questions was not an easy task because the person who always gave me suggestions as to what to do and what not to do was not much successful.
All of us fight for the social cause but few of us raise the issue and take the movement forward. On the Eve of 'Trainers day'' we the trainers of Junior Chamber International conducted training program on Social Responsibility on 10th September 2010. Objective of the training was to make every member aware of his social responsibilities towards self, family, society, chapter and country. I took training in JCI Nagpur Central. It was really a great session interacting with the audience. They participated very well.
The training program was organized by Dr Archana Jaiswal, President JCI Nag Feme. It was a training program on Empowering youth. The students were from 10th and 12 th back ground. All males. It was the first time i was interacting with full male audience. I started the session with a video on motivation to charge them. I shared with them all motivational thinking and real life experiences. They were really charged after the session. I could see the success of my training program on their faces.
