Junior Chamber International
I received award from Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) for training program conducted at Pannalal Deolia High School in association with Junior Chamber International (JCI) on 10th September 2012. The topic of training was Goal Setting and the training program was conducted for 80 Students of Class 9th and 10th.
News of Training Program on “Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health” was published in official publication of zone 9 magazine Channel 9, JCI India in the month of April.
I conducted training program at JCI Nagpur Lady Legend on 15th January 2012. The occasion was Makar Sankranti. JC Heera Waghmare ji, president JCI Nagpur Lady Legend wanted me to conduct a training program for motivating her members along with haldi kum kum program. JC Pratibha Kadu ji, past Zone Officer was also present to motivate her chapter members.
I conducted training program on “ Effective Presentation Skills “ at JCI Bhandara on 16th July 2011. The program was organized by Jc Krishna Rao, President of the chapter. My participants were Civil Engineers, Contractors and LIC agents. It was really a great moment to interact with such a diverse audience. This was the first training program in Bhandara chapter. They were attending the training program on a Saturday evening after completing work. It was really hard for them to attend a program after a hectic work schedule. But they were present at the venue on time to start the program.
Zonecon of Zone 9 ( Junior Chamber International ) was scheduled on 2nd and 3rd October 2010. It was hosted by JCI Gondia Central. I traveled by car and had a very memorable experience. While returning back from the trip we halted at a restaurant. We had some snacks. My husband wanted to have some soft drink and only Cloud 9 was available. We ordered 2 cloud 9 can's and i was shocked to see the price. One small can of Cloud 9 costs Rs 75. Very high priced product. That is the time i was prompted to do little research and find out more feasible products.
All of us fight for the social cause but few of us raise the issue and take the movement forward. On the Eve of 'Trainers day'' we the trainers of Junior Chamber International conducted training program on Social Responsibility on 10th September 2010. Objective of the training was to make every member aware of his social responsibilities towards self, family, society, chapter and country. I took training in JCI Nagpur Central. It was really a great session interacting with the audience. They participated very well.
