I conducted training program at Vidya Niketan School on 26th June 2013 for teachers under the banner of JCI Nagfeme. My audience comprised of teachers from all background starting from Science, History, Geography, Hindi and English. I talked to them about how to make the subject matter interesting, how to motivate the students and arouse their interest in the subjects, Role of a teacher in building career of a student and how to Walk the talk.
Attitude School, Soft Skills training institute is going to start regular classes soon for grooming of candidates and making them job ready. Students face a lot of problem during placement as they learn the hard skills and are up to date with it but lack the necessary soft skills which the interviewer looks for in a candidate. The interviewer checks a candidates self confidence, his problem solving, his ability to adjust to the changing environment, life goals, commitment, Etiquette and Presentation skills. This is done at the time of interview.
Looking back in my past days i discover how much time i utilized and how much time i wasted doing useless things which were never important but i did them just to impress people and show people how different i was, how intelligent i was. It is only later in life that i realized if i am great or intelligent i don’t need to prove anyone nor do i need approval of anyone to tell me who i am.
I realized i could have been successful much before but the delay was just due to my own attitude and personal belief.

I conducted training program on Effective Communication and Effective Presentation Skills at Vidarbha Management Association (VMA), Nagpur on 3th March 2013 at Hotel Peanuts. My participants comprised of Entrepreneurs, Charter Accountants, Consultants and other working professional. They participated very well during training and even shared their experience. Sachin ji and Sameer ji members of VMA co-ordinated very well with me for the program.
Self image is the image one has of oneself and it is built over a period of time. The events, the happenings everything shapes our image. A person can be intelligent, have good looks but may suffer from poor self image but on the other hand a person may have gone through a lot of hardships in life and may be a average guy but have high self image and high self esteem. A good self image gives us confidence and a low self image makes us doubts our abilities.

The meaning of success is different to different people. A person can taste success after winning a school race while others feel success only after winning Olympics, so the very definition of success is different for everyone. A housewife feels successful after making the best recipe from a recipe book. Entrepreneurs feel successful after creating a big global enterprise, so success carries different meaning for different person. Success is directly attached to goals. The goals which you set for your career, family and your personal life. Once you achieve those you feel successful.
Everyone seeks social acceptance and feels happy when accepted. According to Maslow’s Theory of Needs - After food, clothing and shelter a person has the need to be liked or to be socially accepted. Many people live their life to please others but there are few who lead their life according to their own terms whether they are accepted or not. It is a courageous decision to trod a new path which has not been chosen before or do something which no one appreciates. But there are few who do that and make the impossible possible because they have the courage to walk alone.
