I conducted training program on “ Effective Presentation Skills “ at JCI Bhandara on 16th July 2011. The program was organized by Jc Krishna Rao, President of the chapter. My participants were Civil Engineers, Contractors and LIC agents. It was really a great moment to interact with such a diverse audience. This was the first training program in Bhandara chapter. They were attending the training program on a Saturday evening after completing work. It was really hard for them to attend a program after a hectic work schedule. But they were present at the venue on time to start the program.

In a fast paced life when we all are busy with our own selves there is something which we are forgetting to harness the most. Forgot or Remember ? Its Human Relations.
Now lets discuss how to maintain good relationship.
1) Getting along with people is important in all walks of life.
2) Greet People
3) Smile when you meet people - it feels good when you smile genuinely and greet the other person. It shows your interest.
4) Call people by their name - They feel important and carry a positive thought.
I was prompted to write this article as many people claim they lack certain knowledge or do not know whom to approach for solutions. I just want to ask a question do we really need someone to find solutions to our problems ? or we can solve them ourselves by digging more and more. Thinking about the problem and looking for solutions on Google. I really thank Google for making such a powerful search engine which solves all the problems.

All of us read News paper, magazines, books or articles published on net. But there are very few who want to put their voice or opinion and write some stuff of their own to express their views. I have seen people who are good at writing, can create their own stuff as well as publish their articles to get known. Now the big question is how to learn the art of writing ? It happens over a period of time and with continuous writing. It never happens in a single day. Any course will not make you an author overnight.
I was sitting and looking out of the window and thinking how some business houses are just making money by gaming or thousands of websites with almost similar content running online and making profits. Every other day a new website is emerging and fighting for its own market share when there is already a cut throat competition going on between the rest of them. It never made sense to me that people in this busy era have time to play online games.
A soft skills trainer is the person who enhances communication, personality, language and other social traits of a person. There are thousands and lac's of soft skills trainer but all are not popular and credible. There is a small chunk who is doing wonders and has established credibility. There are trainers who have a long list of degrees but do not know how to teach and conduct training sessions successfully. Mere degrees will not determine success of a trainer in the long run. It is the skills set which matters.
I feel almost everyone delegates work which consumes their quality time and can be looked after by some one else. Business houses, employers, senior employees, children and house wives, all are really great at delegating work systematically. As an employer and CEO of VinayRas Infotech i had to delegate a lot of my work to be done by programmers or other data entry employees. I used to look after rest of the work which needed my skill and knowledge. It is always better to do the work which suits us and delegate the rest for which we can hire someone and pay an affordable price.
I am sometimes amazed at God's creation but yes few things exist because they have to and that is their destiny. There is no end to creativity and innovation and we all are born with it. It is just over a period of time that we grow old and shut down our creativity and start thinking logically.
