I had a LG washing machine which ran fine for 5yrs then started troubling me from 1st january 2011. I wanted to replace it as i wanted to purchase some new model with more features. I went to Reliance Digital situated at Empress Mall, chose a Whirlpool Professional sport washing machine and finally purchased it on 9th january 2011. Machine was delivered to me on 10th january 2011 and installed on 11th january 2011. My mental agony started from day of installation. The machine reflected DLE error from the day of installation.

I took training program on Goal setting at Renaissance college, nagpur. It was taken under the banner of JCI Women's world on 28th February 2011. Participants were students of BCA second year. At the start of the session they were little confused as to why to set specific goals but at the end of 2hrs session every student was clear as to why have specific and time bound goals.

JC Lovely Sing, member of Zone governing board and IPP of JCI Women's World graced the occassion by her presence at the starting and closure of the session.

I got a great opportunity to take Effective Public Speaking program in JCI Nag Vidarbha on 18th, 19th and 20th February 2011 at Orange City Hotel near Meena Bazaar. Kumar Zilpilwar sir was the pilot faculty and i supported him as a co-pilot faculty. Total 3 days were assigned to the program where we had to train the participants on how to speak effectively. Host President Jc Sujit Khandelwal was great, sitting through all the sessions and giving feedback to all the participants. There was a big age difference in the audience but the response was unbelievable.

They can apply for the program directly through the website and then talk with the college management to call us to their college for organizing the Campus Ambassador event. Interested candidates can fill the Registration form. Selected students will be called for Group discussion and personal interview.

Employee ditching is a very common problem. It happens with many companies who don't want to tie the employees to their organization by means of bond system. The employees takes this for granted and takes steps which tarnishes their image in the long run. An organization should always trust its employees but yes there has to be certain defined level or the employees take their trust for a ride. Small organizations generally don't levy too much rules and regulations and gives freedom to its employees.

Dress code is very important aspect of interview. Improper dressing or shabby dressing can create troublesome situation. Dressing properly can create positive results in favor of a candidate. Here are few points about dress code for men and women.

Men -

1) Hairs should be properly cut. No Stylish cuts until applying for modeling job.
2) Black or Dark blue suits give a corporate look.
3) Shirts should be light in shade such as creme or white. Avoid wearing dark colored shirts.
4) Shocks should be dark colored with black shoes. No light colored shocks. No stylish shoes.

Ever thought of what significance color carries in association with a brand and how the brand associates with the logo ? This question came to my mind while i was going through success strategies of Proctor & Gamble ( P & G ) in recreating two of its brand – Tide and Mr Clean – as dry cleaning and car wash franchises. Everyone is aware that both the brands are very successful in India and overseas. Then what is the need for P & G to enter dry cleaning and car washing ?

Group Discussion is a discussion among participants who have an agreed topic.

Group discussion is basically carried out by institutes and companies to check the behavior of a candidate in a group. His leadership qualities, listening abilities and problem solving skills. They check his team spirit and confidence.

Group Discussion can be classified into Four types :-

1. Factual Topics - Factual Topics are day to day affairs.
2. Controversial Topics - Controversial topics are argumentative in nature.

I love writing but sometimes i don't have anything to write and share. When i log on to twitter i find out there are lots and lots of people who share just one liners and just a paragraph and i think so much before writing. I sometimes ask myself why ? Why i too can't post one liners and remain satisfied that i posted something and be happy about it. Na i am not satisfied. The level of satisfaction differs from person to person. Why don't i write something just for the sake of writing ? Everyone can, i too should practice it.
