Positive Attitude is the outlook of life. Positive attitude is the portrait of our inner self as to how happy or sad we are with the circumstances happening in our life or how satisfied we are with our life. We can develop a positive attitude by changing the mental images we hold regarding ourselves and others. Our whole life is nothing but a reflection of our thoughts and feelings which leads to action. Any good or bad action is the result of the mental images we hold in our brain.

Interpersonal skills are life skills which are needed in a person to interact with others. Every day we communicate in personal and professional environment. The ability to speak clearly, to the point and not beat in the bush is a big art which needs to be mastered. To put your point forward without hurting the other person. Our behavior, attitude and perception plays a big role while communicating with the other person. This helps us in regulating our behavior and helps us in talking with the other person.

I conducted training program on Interpersonal Skills and Positive Attitude on 29th November 2014 at PV Textiles (Jam), Samudrapur, Wardha. The program was conducted for middle Level Management employees. At the start of the training i pulled the participants out of their comfort zone by ice breaking activity. The participants got out of their comfort zone and got into a learning mode. They work in a monotonous work environment so my job was to bring them out of their work. Refresh them so that they could carry on their routine work with a new feeling.

Goal Setting is very important part of life and without goals we would lead no where. Specific goals can be reached with single mindedness and extraordinary determination. The commitment towards our goals is important. It simply means no matter what may come in my way i will achieve my goals and get successful. It is this extraordinary determination which separates the ordinary from the extraordinary and helps a person in achieving his goals.

Goals are the most talked about subject. You will read about it every where in the newspaper, magazine, books etc. But then have you ever taken time to sit alone with yourself and actually think what are my goals ? What changes goals can bring in my life. What my life would have been if i had very specific and time bound goals ? Have i reached my full potential ? What more am i capable of doing ? Am i utilizing my time or just wasting it ? How i can in person contribute to the society as a whole ? Have you people ever thought of these questions.

Life is the most talked about subject. Everyone is interested in each others life and their own too. But the big question is “ What is life ? “ Everyone will react differently to this question. For some life is fun, life is responsibility, life is reaching new goals, creating history while for some it is about making others happy and living for them. No two people have the same opinion about life. But everyone will agree that God gave us this life which we can live only once and we cannot live the same life twice.

Every child is special and the bond between mother and child is very special. The bond gets established when the child is in the womb for 9 months and descends in this world through her. God has established a very strong bond and it is our responsibility to maintain it.

There are various types of children -
1) Talkative Child
2) Silent Child
3) Expressive Child

Children express their emotions and they are very particular in their expression, it is we who has to understand them and make the child feel comfortable.

I conducted training program at JCI Nagpur Lady Legend on “Mother and Child Psychology” on 20th July 2014. My participants comprised of parents and their children. I shared my own experiences of parenting. It was indeed a great experience sharing my insights on psychology of mother. Why a child reacts differently in different situations? What to do to help our child lead a stress free life?

The session was fun filled with lots of thought sharing. I thoroughly enjoyed conducting training program at JCI Nagpur Lady Legend on “Mother & Child Psychology”.
