Business Success depends on few things -
1) The failure to focus single mindedly on sales in the number one cause of Business failure.
2) Efficient internal systems of bookkeeping, accounting, inventory management & cost control must exist. Poor control of Operational costs & internal administration is the number two reason for business failure.
3) There must be a clear sense of direction & high level of synergy & team work in the organization. The enterprise/ Company should function like a well-oiled machine with a place for everyone & everyone in his or her place, performing at his or her best.
4) Finally the company should never stop learning, growing, innovating and improving.
