The work of HR manager starts from sorting resume to recruiting the best candidate and the manager takes every step to hire the right person.
2011 is going to end and we have to gear up for the year 2012. We have to welcome it with both hands. The fate may or may not be in our favor but with our hard work and dedications we can change things around us. It is a time to stop complaining and start living. Rather than finding faults and getting angry , it is time to cool down and concentrate on the most important work which was lying pending since long. Train your mind.

The buzzword is manage time, but can we manage time. We just have 24 hours in a day and we cannot create more time for ourselves. We have to discipline ourselves to manage our life so that we run on time. It is more of self management than time management. Daily work can simply be tiring but if we know how to distribute our time to all the work, life will be more joyous and less stressful. We concentrate more on unnecessary stuffs than useful ones. That is the reason most people run short of time.
We always say dream big as big dreams helps in achieving big goals rather than small dreams. It is easy to dream small and be satisfied with the small result. Many do this most of the time because they find it hard to come out of their comfort zone to achieve something big and meaningful. They feel satisfied and are happy in their comfort zones and find it difficult to adjust to new and improved surroundings. It is easier said than done. A lot of people dream big but they do not take any measures or steps to achieve their dream. They are sure to fail as inaction spoils the intellect.
Writing down goals are very important because written goals programs our subconscious mind. Thus we do not miss our targets and achieve our goals faster. Writing down our goals helps us in doing proper planning so that we can go through it again and again and live in it.
It was indeed a great opportunity to receive award for “ Best reporting of training programs “ at Zone Conference held at Jharsuguda, Orrisa, Zone 9, Jci India. It was a great moment for me. This is the first award i have received as a trainer in Jaycees.
