Am i Alive or adding years to my life ?

Life

I write on several topics but this is something which i chose today. Everyone is living life but how many of you are alive and living life in true sense. We all complete our daily works, to do’s and daily chores but do we enjoy them all. Do we love what we do and do everything with full heart and soul ? The answer to these questions will be, you enjoy some and not all things which you do in your daily life. Some of us lead very boring life and just pass days because that's the way of life. Those are the one’s who get fed up with life very easily and add on to stress and medical expenses.

Life is full of wishes and there is nothing i think which is left out from our wishes. Some are fulfilled and rest remains as unfulfilled desires. There is nothing wrong in wishing or wanting something but the best part is how hard are we working to fulfill them. We always want tomorrow to be better than today and sometimes yesterday is better than today. We want to live in those past days and forget the present which makes us live in the virtual world which is not a reality. Life moves on, time moves on.

Every day is a miracle. God gifted us this life as Human Being so that we could do something for our own self and others. Life is a mixture of both pleasure and sorrows. We have to make a choice, where should we concentrate our mind whether on the greener side or the grey side. Every day which passes leaves a lesson for us to be learnt so that the next day is better than yesterday. We cannot live our life backwards but only forward so it is better we look ahead and plan rather than get sad about the grey side.

I conducted training program at Navyug Vidyalaya, Nagpur on 8th January 2015 on Goal Setting for students of class 8th, 9th and 10th standard. I taught them about why goals are important, why you should have goals and how to achieve goals by staying motivated. The students responded very well.

It was a great experience conducting the training program.

Happiness is the emotion which is felt within and is expressed out by means of good feelings and laughter. Happiness can have different meaning for different people. Something which makes me happy may not make the other person happy. Every person has his or her own definition of happiness. A smiling face can make someone happy, a small gift, a good night's sleep or one can find happiness in just working selflessly for others. Being happy is a great feeling and everyone should be happy. There is no doubt that God gave us this life just to be happy.

The present moment is the best moment of our life and this is what many of us forget to live. Many dwell in the past or want to live the future in the present and in doing so loses the present. Live today, plan for tomorrow & learn from the past. Do what needs to be done today but do not do tomorrow's work today. Just concentrate on today. This will create a good today which will serve as a baseline for tomorrow. The future cannot be built by neglecting today. The present moment is important. Do what you can do and then be at peace.

Almighty God has gifted everyone with a powerful mind but there are few who use it fully while rest just copy paste what others have done. The human mind is a very powerful tool gifted by God. It is the human mind which created the world which exists today and it is much more advanced in technology than our ancestors. Your brain can think, act and even connect with the supernatural forces which exists in the universe. All knowledge which is required for our success lies near us.

The-Value-of-Soft-Skills-in-a-Hard-World.jpg

Soft skills training is personality development training. Soft Skills training is very different from technical training or language training. A lot of people confuse soft skills training with other training programs. Soft skills are the skills which are required in a person to get hired. It is the most important skills because it is easy to train a person with a learning attitude rather than to train someone who has a negative attitude towards new learnings. Age is no barrier for receiving soft skills training. You can learn as much as you can at any age.
